This past July 2023, Evercoat was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation at the 2023 ASE Instructor Training Conference in Concord, North Carolina.

Sr. Application Field Engineer, Tim McKinney attended the conference and presented a training session called, “Pre-Paint Standard Operating Procedures for Increased Efficiency & Productivity.”

While we encourage all of our Evercoat end users to adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the best repair application process, any branded collision repair product thrives on the use of SOPs. These processes create consistency and efficiency throughout each repair to ensure optimal results and customer satisfaction!

Tim’s training covered various hot topics on the pre-paint body filler repair process to help make your shop locations become more productive, avoid rework, and save you money. His training included tips on:

  • Product age for peak performance
  • Best practices for safety
  • Performance and limitations of fillers
  • Proper preparation
  • Proper catalyzation
  • Application techniques for improved performance

McKinney stated, “Participating at the ASE Instructor Training Conference was my pleasure and honor. The Instructors were very appreciative of the information that was presented and asked great questions about Evercoat products and processes. I’m looking forward to working with the ASE Education Foundation in the future.”
